On the 20th of dec 2013 I bought airtime for R100 and it didn't reflect on my balance, then I call Vodacom to inform them about this problem and they told me to check it after 2 hours. The following day I call them again and I spoke to the agent, supervisor and and assistance manager of that call centre and they told me that they can't do anything for me they can only log the call for me and they even drop the phone on my ears. On the 24th I call again to check how far are they with the query only to find out that they didn't log my query. They log a new query and gave me a ref no. S3T33OO94MF.
Today I'm calling them to find out what's taking them long but the Vodacom agents keep on transferring my calls and dropping calls.
