Change of ownership not updated after 2years

Neil Hendry Oosthuizen had an account on my behalf with Vodacom. (ID 8101075044089)
Neil and myself has done the change of ownership twice... once at the Glen (JHB) and the other in the Vaal.

I (Stephane) have endless problems every time I phone the call center, because the call center says
that i'm not the account holder... even after we did the change of ownership.

if i'm not the account holder, then how was it possible for me to upgrade to a new contract on the 06 Oct 2013.
I have a lot of problems with Vodacom and all relate to service issues

I please need this to be fix or I will cancel my contract!!!
