I am pretty fed-up with Cell C. I have upgraded my contact from a Top Up 150 to a Straight 200. This upgrade was done in January 2013, and with the upgrade I requested that a change of ownership must be made. The contract was/is in my mums name and I changed it to my name. I Provided all the necessary documents and were told it will be processed. April came and no change of ownership was submitted from Cell C's side. A second time I was asked to provide all the documents, which I did. I also realised that I am still paying for the Top up 150, a fee of R175 is being added to my bill every month. Up to date I've paid an extra R875 for airtime that I am suppose to be getting on the 15th of each month. I recently visited Cell C again, where I was asked to provide all the documents AGAIN, being the third time, seeing that no change of ownership has been done. I've got three contracts with Cell C and with this experience I'm not sure whether I want to continue these contacts
