Poor Service

I had been a afrihost client for a year and i have several hosting and internet accounts. One time they sent me a month end billing with a certain amount to be paid and suddenly changes to another value. You call the accounts and billing but they can not explain anything and they can not help you. This has happened several times, they are only good when they need your money. The other thing is that their support is poor. It takes years and effort just to fix a simple thing. I hate their service, it's really poor and.
