MTN is useless

MTN is costing us money. The calls get cut off in mid conversation, they have crossed lines, sometimes only one party can hear, and guess what: YOU PAY FOR THIS BAD STUFF because your account gets debited every time they do this, even if you could not complete any conversation etc.

They should be held up on charges, ceo get locked up for and and someone that knows how to plan and run a business of this type must be employed.

Any OTP from any of my banks only turns up hours later, when I have driven down to the bank do to my transactions.
