USELESS!! USELESS!! PEOPLES MONEY

I am so fed up with One Plan - have had problems with them before and now this is the cherry on the cake - this is the 3rd time they just taking of money off our bank account - I AM SO SICK OF THIS OFF A COMPANY THEY ARE!!!
I faxed a letter to cancell my policy middle November so it will be cancelled end December - January they debited my account and now again end of January they DOUBLE debited our account I MEAN they are the most useless and pathetic company I have ever come across. I have been trying to sort out a problem with them for over 3 months and still not sorted so we decided to cancell our policy and go over to a BETTER medical aid but now they still just debiting our account, I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE STATION TO REPORT as I have had enough of One Plan - no more "I'm Sorry" will help anymore. PLEASE PEOPLE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU JOIN ONEPLAN THEY WILL DO YOU IN THEY NOT WORTH BEING CALLED A BUSINESS PLEASE BEWARE - as a hard working citizen I cant afford for R2600.00 just to be out of my bank account so be prepared to get a charge of against you guys PATHETIC USELESS SCAMMING COMPANY
