No wonder your the company with the highest complaints, feedback was told my phone would be assessed and someone would get back to me, after contacting Vodacom for days, I was told that my phone had never left for head office and it won't be repaired.
Thank you very much for your S&%t service, you clearly know how to make customers unhappy!
