I added my cellphone cover for R7500 and paid a certain premium acc. to that specified amount. I had damage on my phone incl. water damage. I contacted KP who gave me 2options: take the phone to Vodacom, or have the KP guys pick it up & have it checked. I took it to Vodacom and after assessment got issued with a letter stating its BER. They also did a quote of R7559. I contacted KP and sent them the docs as given to me by Vodacom, then it started... Firstly they aren't going to pay me the R7500 I'm covered for because they have a supplier that can get me a similar phone to the one I have that's cheaper. It won't be a cash payout, they will deliver this "new"phone to me. This doesn't make sense to me!! I am the one who has to phone them to get the status but only to get no feedback once again. The last time I was put through to their repairs department who said that they want to come get my phone to have it assessed to see if they can get it repaired. REALLY?? This started on Tuesday 7 May and it's already Friday the 10th. Maby NOW I can get some help?
