Almost two weeks without internet - and all excuse

A call was logged via our internet service provider on Monday 25/11/2013 for our ADSL line that is not working. The line is not even picked up. Daily follow up calls was made via our service provider, and every day they say it is fixed - and guess what - it is not. I decided to call telkom myself yesterday. They confirmed the call was logged, and that it was fixed on the 2/12/2013. I asked them to log in to the router and check - could not even find the link. I asked for the senior service manager - got a person called Johanny. He promised to call me back - no call yet. Called again today, and was placed on hold for nearly 30 min. Wonder when telkom will fix my line - when I sit on the CEO's front porch to beg for money to feed by Kids!!! I am losing money, because my husband is unable to work due to this.
