The escalation code given does not exist, according to the call centre. On top of that, my line has still not been fixed, despite of promises made. I have now had enough. Either fix my line by 15:00 06/01/2014 and credit my account with 8 months ADSL cost, or cancel my line completely and refund me 8 months ADSL cost, your choice.
