Logged a call a month ago

I logged a call about a month ago with Telkom about my phone and internet line not working. Every time I called Telkom to ask when this will be sorted out they would either tell me they do not know or they will come the next day or any other story for me to put down the phone. I have spoken to 5 people in the last week and every time they tell me the call has been open too long and they will push the call yet still nothing happens. I cannot believe they want us to pay for such a service if you can call it a service the whole Telkom must be fired and people willing to work must be hired. Telkom you are the biggest excuse of a company ever.
