Terminated contract for no reason

I recently upgraded my account from a capped one (25 Gigs) to an uncapped account.
Everything seemed to be going fine until iBurst randomly terminated my uncapped contract, leaving me with the original (but now useless) account. No reason was given, and I was charged R1523.60 (which I assume to be some sort of cancellation fee).

I phoned their call centre today (Dec 28) and spoke to someone who informed me that only their retentions department can help me, and that they don't work weekends. Fair enough, but I am the one sitting here having been overcharged for a service that I can't even use. I can't imagine why anyone would ever randomly terminate a paying contract.

Now, in order to gain any kind of internet access, I have been forced to purchase a "bandwidth booster", costing me even more money just to get online.

If this isn't resolved, in full, by Monday evening, then I for one will be switching over to Neotel. I was happy with my iBurst, but I cannot accept being over like this.
