Telkom mobile bill received states "Amounts not recovered due to debit order rejections and/or outstanding amounts recovered via the collections process may not reflect in this statement". Whose problem is this? Not mine. Centurion front desk on Saturday 7th 2013 highlighted there was a system problem that did not debit but Telkom Mobile makes it seem like it is the customer debit order fails. The front indicates we must pay this account at ABSA, please don't inconvenience customers and fix your debit order problem. If I pay you will probably double debit because your back office billing has always been a problem with my account. Immediate solution please.
