Again Closing calls without me knowledge

Telkom, again closing tickets without my knowledge and implying that the service has been restored. line worse then ever. No calls, no follow ups, nothing. Please can someone give me the Regional manager number and the uneducated worm's name who keeps on f# up our line!?

NOTHING! Absolutely nothing... how can one single company f#cking give such service? This is now more than a month where telkom has not even tried to do anything.
