I approached Vodacom in November to cancel my contract on the basis that I was being offered a better deal from Cell C. On hearing this the cancellation department offered me a promotional 1 gig per month. It has been 2 months and I have not received this offer. Furthermore they are charging me premium rates for my data usage which I cannot afford.
