Vodacom Airtime due to Techinal System

Vodacom over R57 airtime from us stating we changed our Tariff plan off Daily free call option.
We went onto their *111# menu and it clearly stated we on the Vodacom4less Tariff plan and even sent us broadcasting messages saying we will save 10% on calls at the moment.
For this reason we went on the menu to change it.
Using the Free4Sho option 5 menu, it only gave us 4 option to select from which we did as no daily Free Call option was listed and when selecting did not state we on it at the moment already.
Lodging a complaint is useless. We did was told to wait 24 hours, had to phone back got another consultant that say we are in the wrong and the manager guarantee to solve the problem.
Phoned now and guess what our Complaint has been closed and no one tell us and still unresolved.
The 3rd consultant telling us the first consultant made an error in lodging complaint and marked for a fax to be sent.
We will cancel all 70 family and business contracts if Vodacom does business in this manner as airtime due to their systems not correct is not our fault.
Worst of all is that the first consultant verified that the Western cape had Technical problem on the same day.
