5 times in 8 months!!

I have now contacted Telkom 5 times in the last 8 months due to faults at my exchange down the road. Each and every time a need to contact them 3 -4 times before they come out to correct the problem.

My Internet and Landline has now been offline for 2 weeks!!! NOBODY has come out to correct the problem. I have phoned 3 times and every time I get told that the technician will come out the same day.

FIX MY LANDLINE AND ADSL! I will not pay month after month and receive this service. Sort out the!!
