I am STILL waiting for them to respond to me regarding the information sent through to the ITC which I feel is unfair. Cherante now ignores me, seeing as she attended to my first request, now I'm not important enough to receive a response regarding the rest of my complaints.
I have sent numerous emails asking someone from Accounts to get back to me to discuss the negative report on my ITC which I feel is GROSSLY unfair, and nothing. The email address given for that division doesn't seem to work, ever.
Still, not surprised - I have never received good service from Autopage, I'd be delusional to think it would suddenly start now!
