Over charge

Hi. I took a contract with mtn for R349/300mb standard charge and my bill comes as R486 including other basic telephone standard charge... so i sent a query with ref #7215574 inquiring bout this. I even pasted the original internet application screen shot in comparison with theirs and i did not get a satisfying answer and i therefore requested on the 10th of December 2013 a copy of the recorded contract with mtn and was given a reference # 107029224 and i have not received anything to date.
