Bad Service and bad attitude you received

I recently applied for a contract at Vodacom the online contract, they came back the following day and all was done over the phone. The problem comes in when you need to cancel the contract even though it was the following day of receiving the phone.
I have been battling with customer service since the 12th November until now, they have debited me already and am sure they will continue to bill me for tthe phone i cancel and send it back. Amongst the 12 consultant i have spoken everyone promise to get back and no one does and everyone you talk to say the information was not added i will add that now for now and it goes and even today am still battling the same thing.
