Disgusted at mtn's blatant thievery

My iPhone 5 is less than 1 month old and every time I use the 3G service it over heats. So I take my phone to MTN at the glen shopping centre for the warranty box and all. So everything is inside the box even the stickers. Everything that is except that tiny metal pin you use to eject the SIM card. MTNs response to this is that the box is now Incomplete and they cannot do the warranty. Over that tiny pin. To satisfy my own curiosity I went to the istore as well as a CellC store both of whom think mtn is being stupid and petty. It makes you realse mtn is actually trying to get out of there warranties at any cost. All begs the question? What about when people use the earphones? That earwax is unhygienic and yet mtn probably recycles it. I am disgusted to say the least with the level of thievery shown by mtn and expect them to sort it out.
