Would not replace car key under warranty

Hi,

I had my car key replaced on Friday (1 Nov 13), when i got to the dealership to collect my car they informed me that the key should have been replaced under warranty, but Kia South Africa informed the dealer that they will not replace it under warranty due to the metal being cracked and this shows over tune in ignition. Firstly you can not over turn the key in the ignition as it only turns to a certain point and secondly, metal is not suppose to crack so easily it usually requires a lot more force to be applied before it cracks. I do not accept this flimsy excuse and i want my money paid back to me and the key replaced under warranty! This is really the most stupid excuse i have ever heard of!!! Totally disgusted in Kia at the moment and wont recommend the car brand to anyone.
