False SA Warranty Claims

I took my car to Renault between the 15th and 23rd of December 2012 because I was experiencing injection issues. I got a call later that day from Renault Bryanston informing me that my throttle body was cracked and my break pads needed replacing, the cost of this would be -R9000.00. After ME having to remind THEM that I took out an extended warranty on the vehicle the price then dropped to R5000. I ovbiously did not pay and asked that they remove my car from the workshop so I could collect it.

Now Just recently I took my car to Renault Midrand, the same cost me -R1000.00, all they did was sort out a "plug" which was not connected correctly.

When Renault Midrand tried to claim for the work they had done, SA warranties informed tham that Renault Bryanston HAD claimed against my warranty for the throttle body. Which means they recieved payment from SA Warranties for work that was never done for a part that was never ordered or replaced.

I am just disgusted at this type of conduct, Renault Bryanston is THE WORST dealership I have ever been too. Because of them I have sworn to NEVER purchase a renault again and I will tell EVERYBODY of my experience with them.
