After days of struggling to get hold of vodashop in vodaworld i bought an iphone on contract, it turns out its faulty and i need info from vodashop on how their 7 days out of box failure works because i will have to drive all the way back to jhb! The vodashop simply just never answers, eventually after ringing for long rime you get to the switchboard who took my details, but also i get no return calls from the shop! Please step up your service!!!
