Failure to deliver- do not communicate

I ordered a phone online while in South Africa and chose next day delivery. After not receiving it I called them to check- they repeatedly said that it would arrive so I delayed my departure. Eventually when I had to leave I phoned to complain and a manager promised that as this was their fault they would at their own cost deliver it to my home in Lesotho. Again when this did not happen I called and explained the situation to yet another operator and later in the day a manager simply replied that they did not deliver to Lesotho- without addressing the issue. Again I called them and an operator promised to sort out the issue however again three days later I had no communication from them. Now three and a half weeks later I have had to ask them to deliver to an address in South Africa which is at my own cost and very awkward for me.

They have NEVER communicated with me- I had to call them repeatedly (over R150 in phone calls). They failed to deliver in the time promised and failed to make a plan for something that was their fault. Now I sit and wait still...
