USELESS!!!

I loaded a once off 24 hour uncapped bundle but the thing doesn't work. I have called MTN support centre numerous times during the course of the day they all say the same thing we will reset the network and it will work, now 10 hours later im still sitting with the same problem. I've paid for a service i cant use. how on earth can a service provider be so incapable of providing a SERVICE!!
