My phone was suspended and they were very quick to suspend me. I payed yesterday at Welkom branch and the lady said 2 hours and my phone would be unlocked. 2 hours came and went and I called the customer service. The consultants kept lying to me telling me it would be unlocked in 30 min for the many times that I called them. You would think they would have regard for customers but all they do is and not provide a service they getting paid for. I'm so outraged
