I forgot to pay my Nashua account on time, but then received a reminder sms from Nashua and paid it immediately after receiving the sms and emailed the proof of payment the very same day.
Yet still 1 week later my phone was soft locked. So I phoned to have it unlocked and there was said that it has been done, but 1 day later and it is still not unlocked. I know it is not Nashua's fault I didn't pay on time but I corrected my mistake immediately and here it is a week later and their side is still not correct.
