I received an sms on the 05/07/2013 dated 05/12/2012 informing me about a missed payment for the 29/05/2013 where as I wasn't aware that a payment has been missed so due to the incorrect date I thought they made a mistake and ignored the message then my phone wa soft locked and I decided to go to the branch on the 17/05 to make a payment at the branch then the consultant said my device will be unlocked within 24hours but until the 17th my phone was still locked, then on the same day I phoned nashua customer service 3times (08h00, 13h00 and 16h00) each consultant asked me to wait for 30minutes and my device will be unlocked but it was still lockes after so much airtime and efford.on the 18th I decided to go back to the branch I found the same consultant I paid to and she checked on the system and said it was still locked but it will be unlocked withi two hoursn on that day I decided to wait arounnd until that two hours then I went back with my phone still locked then she decided to take further steps that's when my phone was unlocked, my main concern is why ddnt the 2nd consultant I phone cudnt she take the same step the last lady took, I'm realy not happy with the service.
