Account suspended even after PAYMENT

Hello

I received a sms from nashua mobile saying my debit transaction was reversed, and they will suspend my LINE,
okay great so I got home and moved some money around and payed and sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] because the had already cut my Line (technically cellphones don't have lines but hey wasn't going to get technical due to the fact that my connection to the out side world was destroyed). SO I'm with Nedbank and nashua is with Nedbank so you would think that paying the money over would happen within 24 hours oh and it was a EFT.

I'M STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO MY 8 EMAILS YES 8 NOW 9, LETS REVIEW
! PHONE STILL SOFT LOCKED, SUSPENDED
! NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL
! PAYED MY DUES AND ITS STILL OFF

I'M LOST AND REALLY UPSET YOU GIVE THEM YOUR HEART AND ONE PAYMENT MISSED AND THEY WONT PHONE YOU AND ASK WHATS GOING ON. service provider i think not and i don't think anyone should choose nashua mobile if they want service.
