CUSTOMERS PAY FOR NASHUA MOBILE ADMIN PROBLEMS

My debit order date has always been on the 2nd of every month. Nashua randomly decided to change this to the end of the month. As a result the debit order for last month did not go through. I started receiving threatening sms's that they are going to suspend my line. I called them, they admitted that it was their mistake. I compromised by telling them that they can double deduct for 2nd of Jan 2014. and they then assured that I will not be suspended as we have an arrangement to rectify THEIR ADMIN PROBLEM.
A day later I was suspended. Called them, they had no record of the arrangement made, once again after explanation by me they admitted the mistake and ONCE AGAIN I had to make the same arrangement. GUESS WHAT I JUST GOT SUSPENDED AGAIN (4 DAYS LATER)
I AM LOOSING MONEY as my cell is my business. This time however they decided to play it dirty and suspend me after working hours so that it cannot be rectified. I will now have to wait until tomorrow before I ONCE AGAIN WILL HAVE TO MAKE THE SAME ARRANGE!!! THIS ADMIN DEPARTMENT IS IN TOTAL CHAOS AND TOTALLY UNORGANISED!!!
I the loyal customer of more than 15 Years NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR ADMIN PROBLEMS!!
