In summary, I initiated a port/new contract with Vodacom online (Phindile) on Sun 15th Dec. She promised me a call back post credit check. Call back never happened. On Tues 17th, I called Phindile again. I completed application, supplied all RICA documents and proof that number was available for porting. I ordered a Black LTE enabled Samsung S4 mini from Phindile on the following offering: [URL Removed]
Post 10 follow up calls from me, I finally received my new contract/phone on Fri 20th. Instead of a Black phone, I received a White phone! On Sat 21st I called 0821945 to resolve problem. After 10min of explaining, the assistant deliberately cut the call at 2pm, home time. On Sun 22nd, I called 08217844 (Sihle) 6 times to resolve problem. Got told that Black was out of stock, despite Phindile and online application confirming that it was available. Issue was escalated to Bongani 5 times by Sihle. Was promised a call back. Never happened. I was cut off at 2pm & on 1/3 of calls made to Vodacom. I want to cancel my contract. Can Vodacom unport and reinstate my number with my previous SP.
