Sales Person Mislead me when selling the product

Vodacom Sales Person called me regarding their Top Up135 offer, I was told that it is a trial that i can cancelled within a month. Calling them today to cancell, I have been told i have to pay -R1000 for cancellation of which it wasn't explained to me. On top of the R65.99 that I was supposed to pay as promised i now have to bay R9 more for caller identity. This as well I was not informed of. I have been a loyal VODACOM customer for decade and I always recommend them to other people, I am so shocked that they are also involve in the kind of like the other service provide. I need this cancelled ASAP as I was promised that I can cancelled within 30 days. Can someone attend to this matter urgently, i am sick and tired of calling your help line and there is no one who can help me with my query. As I was told that the call is recorded, I think it will be easy for VODACOm to replay the call and listen to what i was told and promised. Mad, angry, loyal Vodacom custome
