Bad service from MTN insurance

For 3 weeks I've been trying to contact MTN insurance to give them the details of my new phone so that I can have peace of mind that I am covered in the event of, loss or damage. I've been given ref nos that someone would call me back, todate, no one has. I've also sent emails directly to the insurance dept & still no response received. I am currently paying my insurance premium but, forbid, should anything happen, they won't pay as they do not have the details of my latest phone. What is the point of the ref nos provided at the time of my call? Does this dept still exist? This service is appalling!!!
