I received an SMS that an extra line has been activated on my account t and upon notifying Vodacom, they tell me I must contact deactivation department to deactivate something I did not open, I think this is absurd. They always say our calls are recorded, why can't they listen to the calls and check who opened this line, I think it's one of theirs. Am not going to pay a cents on this new line with number 0714828520 on Smart L Account Type. Vodacom must get their acts together and investigate this activity.
