In August 2013 I have upgraded my Internet connection from a 1.5 g to 3 g, because this was a cheaper option. However what they did not inform me was that until the "new" contract will be activated I will have an "open line" according to them. I received an account for the line that was really very expensive. The one assistant at the Vodacom shop in the Kolanade, Montana, South Africa, said that they saw me coming on this one. I receive no assistance at all when calling their accounts department and they really do not even remotely want to help. I have paid the account but really have nothing good to say about Vodacom's client service, it really stinks.
