5 months to cancel a line

August 2013 i took out new contract from Vodacom and asked that my number be ported from Autopage - (i filled in and signed the relevant documents).
It took a week and allot of phone calls to get the line activated, i then realised they had issued me an extra line and new number which was not what i wanted. I was also charged for monthly fee and for activation fee. Since then i am struggling to get the second line cancelled and to get my money back.
I spoke to their customer care people, i sent emails and all i received was empty promises that this will be resolved. Vodacom has got more than R4500.00 of my money and still every month there is money going from my bank account.
I am very disappointed, thinking that Vodacom will be better than their competition, but unfortunately not.
Hope that somebody can help to resolve this, and not with promises but with action.
