I have posted a complaint regarding Cloudy Alerts subscriptions that was billed for via the MTN network that I did not subscribe to. I have heard many MTN customers complain of the same thing ie having being told that they willingly subscribed for this service charged at R10/day even though they did not. MTN refuses to accept or admit that customers were. They insist that customers used their handsets to activate the subscriptions even though their customers did not. Shame on MTN for passing the buck on this behavior.By not addressing the problem and resolving customers complaints you are losing customers, their confidence in the MTN network and their respect.
