How can you guys allow unapproved subscriptions on my contract as per: https:///smartcall-technology-solutions/complaints/reporting-to-waspa-and-ncc-1108290

Ive been a customer of your for 5 years and now this? You clearly dont value your customers.

I called your customer services department and was basically told "tough luck" we have been billed by Smartcall Technology Solutions so now I will pay. This is nonsense!

I cannot use a credit card online without entering an OTP but you guys just allow random subscriptions? Is this cause of kickbacks?

Im tempted to escalate this with WASPA and NCC as im sick of big corporations just passing the buck.

YOU are in control of my debit order, YOU have access to my account information, so I expect YOU to be more careful with unauthorised transactions!

How about being a little more proactive aswell in trying to help me with the problem.

I let you have my private account information and yet YOU put me in a situation where I cant trust you with it?!

Im feeling a cancellation of my contract coming on and moving to hopefully a better provied.
