I was trying to get the Samsung S4 last week Thursday, no other cell phone company could help me with the contract i wanted because i didn't have any credit history. MTN was willing & i had to wait for approval the following day. I went back on Friday to pick up my new baby all smiles, they told me they were having problems with their "activation system" & that i'd have to come back Monday to come pick it up. At that stage i am already too disappointed but i let it slide because i know there's probably nothing they can do. So i just went back with a huge smile on my face about an hour ago to get my hands on my S4. The guy who's processing my request tells me it's still pending.By that time i am extremely angry, asking him all kinds of questions. His last words were, "If you don't want to wait, i'll be more than happy to cancel the request." Which got me thinking, Do i really wanna be with a network that breeds that kind of behaviour towards anxious customers? i mean i couldn't give a flying kite what is going on with their system, all i want is my handset so i can video call my parents. The is up with these systems???
