Pathetic Service: Incompetent Staff at Vodaworlds

This morning on 01/02/2013 I went to collect my phone after receiving a sms for collection and to rate Vodacom service. I arrived at 10:30 & was allocated # 197 @ 10:45. At 11:00 I went to follow up as it didn't make sense that a collection would take that long. I was informed to wait for another 10-15mins. At 11: 15 I was given the same response. At 11:45 I went and asked why they were serving numbers at 235 if my number had not been called out. This is how incompetent your staff are; deplorable by anyone's standard. The response I was given is that I was allocated to the wrong division, sheer incompetence in my opinion. Your staff have the audacity to argue when they have no idea what the issue is. Give your staff etiquette lessons to ensure a certain calibre of professionalism. I asked to speak to a superior to escalate the issue however the lady could not find the supervisor. I was informed that my phone is still in repairs at 12:15. Pathetic service from the walk in centre due to poor allocation, who then waste my time unacceptable service from the repair centre & appalling service communications asking me to rate such substandard service, what madness is this - tragic?
