Given the run around by unhelpful staff

I took my blackberry in for repairs. i was informed it takes roughly 7 - 9 days. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks i called to query. They informed my the repairs would be R1800. When i asked why it was such a large amount the staff member mumbled something about not knowing but i would get a call from service centre next day to explain. no call. i eventually called 3 days later, they then said it wasn't a repair but for a replacement phone. this was the wednesday. i asked how long it would take, was told friday, at the very latest monday. they would call and keep me updated. no call. i called monday, no phone ready for me. when asked to speak to a manager the staff member just kept saying that it's still being dealt with and they'll have the phone tomorrow, not allowing me to speak to a manager. it seems the staff are programmed to just give you the same answer, they don't seem to listen to a word you're saying. i was not called when promised. and when i get angry i just get brushed off by them. a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" would have been nice. there is a huge lack of service.
