I booked my phone in on the 20th April 2013 at Vodacom repair centre. I was informed that the phone had to go to Jhb to the advance repair centre. I was contacted on the 02 May that I can collect my phone. When i collected the fone it was damaged while in the property of vodacom. They informed me that I needed to book the fone in again. I booked it in and was informed that I will receive a refurbished fone which i rejected since my fone is only one month old and was not damaged by me but Vodacom staff. they have agreed to replace my fone with a new one that was last wednesday but now they awaiting a credit number. Today they received a credit number and guess what there is no stock available of my Bold 9900. I requested if i can take another model and guess what now they have a credit form without any value so they dont know what phone they can give me. I made more that 50 calls over the last few weeks and everytime they say theyll call back it always somebody else i speak too. All the brilliant ads on tv maybe they should invest money on training there staff.
