I have been with Autopage for 18 years. I have had a billing issue with this company for the past 6 months - every time I have asked to speak to a manager or at least someone that knows what is going on or at least cares for their customers to please contact me, I set up a payment arrangement in which I adhered to and completed. On completion, I received a call saying I just as much on a service I never recieved. I have now asked numerous times for someone to please contact me - but after 4 months of asking I have yet to receive a phone call. The last incident occurred yesterday (wed 18 December 2013) when I received a call from a operator, I asked if I could speak to a manager and I was yet again informed that I would be contacted - a day later and yet I am still waiting - AGAIN!
