Tried for 6 months to get problem solved

Autopage must have the worst service in the country. I have been trying to get a problem solved for nearly 6 months and everybody I speak to says they will help, but don't. I never get called back when promised and can never speak to the same person twice. In desperation I recently visited their Head Office and spoke to a manager who gave me his contact details and told me to contact him in a week if nothing had happened. Needless to say, my calls are never returned. How does one get to speak to somebody high up enough to actually help? I have tried, and can never get past the call centre which is worse than useless.
