I have posted 2 reports on Hellopeter dted 2 and 9 December both to vodacom wrt my disgust in the service i received from Mondale Mobile (one of their franchises) I have been a vodacom customer for 12 years and when upgrading on 7 November (already) part of my package was for a vodaphone headset and car charger. this is the second payment already going off my banking account and vodacom has still not supplied. They are forever relpying to these reports with the same story of sorry and that we will be in contact but for almost 2 months they haven't contacted me. The persons in this upgrade department and the customer services who respond to these reports are a bunch of liars who only care about making their targets and sales. I am sick and tired of having to post the report week after week because when one calls any of the departments or this Mr VIs Chetty at mondale mobile things are forever being escalated and escalated. please tell me who the are these reports being escalated to and why is it taking 2 months for the matter to be sorted yet you don't wait to debit my banking account for payment and the agent is already sittin with the commission from the sale. Stop lying!!!
