I have been a customer with vodacom for the last 12 years. always upgrading and paying on time> This time round I was contacted by Mondale Mobile and agent for Vodacom to do my upgrade with a promise of delivery. I did my upgrade on 7 November already and was supposed to receive a Vodaphone headset and car charger. I am still waiting almost a month later. I have been calling the company twice a week to be told that vodacom is out of stock. This morning i called vodacom upgrade dept and was told that they were never out of stock and that I must get back tot he company. Thus far at Mondale I have spoken with Ryan, Gugu, Sasha and all giving the same story - so who is lying. As long as they have signed up the patron it seems they couldn't care. They are bringing vodacom's name into a bad light as I have never experienced this type of service for the last 10 years. I have constantly asked them to do the sim swop for me on my tablet also and once again one after the other. I called vodacom and it was done in a matter of 3 minutes. I have been calling 0861236666 to speak with Vis Chetty who is apparently in charge and left messages and am still waiting for him to get back.
