Waiting a mounth for a phone online orderd

Below is a copy of previous reply on my problem,
I am still waiting for delivery of the phone 3 weeks after i got approved.
Still waiting still waiting.
When i Call Mtn or RTT i get put on hold for 10min. whos paying all this bills?

I am very of with MTN service regarding their online phone contract applications,

I have applied for a phone over two weeks ago, today they phoned me and told me i must reapply
after I have been excepted and approved and spent over 20min on the phone with them!!!

Now I have to go threw this proses again!!!
If I didn't phone today i would have probably waited another 2weeks for delivery,
Apparently the application is lost what bull.

If i do not get my phone before Thursday I will Go to another network.

This is my first MTN contract phone and it is not starting of well.
