A month ago I applied for a cell c upgrade. Contrary to what other people told me about Cell C Service I remained loyal because Cell C never gave me problems before this year. As soon as I got the new phone I noticed a line appearing on its face that grew bigger every day till I couldnt read anything on the phone, so I took it back to the store. It was repaired but I never got any notification from Cell C to come and collect it. A whole month later the phone is scratched and the customer care consultant just said she doesnt know what was wrong with it, just that it is fixed now.
I am spending my hard earned money every month just to ensure that I pay for a brand new phone - but all I get is a broken phone and a pathetic customer care consultant who just expects me to pay for a broken phone? She was rude and pulled her face to get away from me just so she could make another commission from another customer who had just come in. Meanwhile she didnt even bother to answer any of my questions. No one can tell me what was wrong with the broken phone I got from my upgrade? The phone looked scratched she told me at the store that I scratched. I just got it back from the repair center?
