Decided to upgrade my corporate contract phone on November 26th. Opted for S4 Mini in black. Received comms from Ziyaada Jakoet that no stock is available and will get only mid-Dec. Received feedback from Mr Heath on Dec 13th that stock will only arrive mid-Jan 2014. Visited MTN Northgate Service Centre on Dec 13th and according to Mr Kamohelo Mokgosi there was ample stock. The only thing Mr/Mrs Jakoet or Mr Heath had to do was to do an IPT and I should have had the phone this week still. If I wanted the phone on a private contract I could have had it the very next day. Why is there discrimination against corporate contracts with continuous "no stock" but as a private customer I can get the phone tomorrow? Why the double-standards?
